Health and Fitness is not ‘one size fits all’. TessapFitt adheres to your own individual goals and programming is based on what YOU need.
This consultation (about 30-60 min.) is a way for us to get on the same page. This call will consist of chatting about your health/fitness experience thus far, what complications you have had, where you are currently in your journey, and where you would like to end up.
Whether your goal is to build muscle, strength, endurance, improve body composition, or focus on overall health - you will be getting every single tool you need in order to achieve your goals. There are multiple options to choose from when deciding which coaching is best suited for you. Nutrition is a HUGE factor when it comes to your health and fitness journey - coaching can be only fitness, only nutrition, or both. This depends on your own individual needs.
By the end of our call, you will have a good idea of the plan we will be executing moving forward and guidance on which coaching service best suits you!

(Fitness Only)
All coaching is tailored to your own specific goals and is designed to fit into your lifestyle. This tier of coaching will include weekly programming, check-ins (30 minute call bi-weekly), communication when needed, and of course being supported by your biggest cheerleader!
Price per month
(Nutrition only)
All coaching is tailored to your own specific goals (including diet restrictions, likes/dislikes) and will be structured to fit well into your lifestyle. This tier of coaching will include programming of all calories (macronutrients) specifically designed to achieve your goals. This service includes a meal plan which gives you precise food, amount, and meal timing. There will be a weekly check-in (photos and doc. sheet) as well as a bi-weekly call to ensure progress and accountability. As I am a big believer of health is wealth - there will be specific micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) programmed to help your body function properly.
Price per session
This tier of training is an in-person session. During our session, we will work on whatever is needed in order to achieve your goals. If you live in Charleston, this is recommended at least once per week to help maximize productivity. This is a great opportunity for us to connect on a deeper level and allows me to get full insight on what your training looks like when you’re on your own.

All coaching is tailored to your own specific goals. This tier of coaching includes weekly fitness AND nutrition programming (full meal plan), weekly check-ins (photos and doc. sheet), bi-weekly check-in call (to ensure progress and accountability), communication as needed, and support from your biggest cheerleader!
One time purchase or as needed
This service is great for elevating your fitness progress. As we know, nutrition is a key factor in your health and fitness journey. This gives you a specific daily macronutrient goal which allows you to pick whichever foods you would like to fit into your daily macros. This is tailored to YOUR individual needs as we know what works for one doesn’t work for all. This is great for guidance and is subject to change throughout your progress.

ABOUT ME
My name is Tessa Pierallini, and I love to lift heavy sh*t. Let’s go all the way back: I was born in California, grew up in Nevada, moved to Oregon for college, then moved across the country to Charleston, SC after graduating college. I played volleyball year-round for 9 years. For a couple years after that, I lifted weights here and there but never took it too seriously. During Covid, I found myself in a pretty low mental state and knew I had to do something about it. I decided to start bodybuilding. Since both my parents were bodybuilders I figured, why not? It saved my life. This is when I realized that health is wealth. I wanted to help others feel more comfortable, confident, and develop a healthy lifestyle. If fitness could save my life, I want to be a part of helping anyone I possibly can.
I fell in love with weight lifting and knew I eventually wanted to compete in bikini bodybuilding. I trained for about 3 years before prepping for a competition. Bodybuilding has been one of the best experiences I have had, and it has taught me so much more than lifting heavy weights and dieting. Not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, and there is a lot more that goes into it than just the physical aspect.
One thing my experiences have taught me, is that health and fitness is not “one size fits all”. There are baselines that need to be followed, but as far as the nitty gritty goes, everyone is different. Therefore, everyone’s training will not look the same. This comes down to genetics, age, health history, goals, etc. At TessapFitt, everything is tailored to your specific needs and is sustainable for your life (aka making health and fitness enjoyable) and is subject to change as you progress through your journey.
